Understand Our Order Cancellation and Refund Process

Welcome to Sangeetha Karuvadu Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sangeetha Karuvadu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care to deliver high-quality, hygienically packed dry fish and seafood products. However, due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply for cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order through www.sangeethaskaruvadu.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at +91 98422 25387 or email us at support@sangeethaskaruvadu.com. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Products

Since we sell perishable and consumable seafood products, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if you find any damage, spoilage, or quality issues. We will review your concern and provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Products are damaged or spoiled during transit.
  • Incorrect products were delivered.
  • Order was cancelled before dispatch.
Refunds will be processed only after verifying the issue with proper proof (e.g., photos or videos).

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email or message once the refund is initiated. Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will replace or refund the affected items after verification. Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned processing period, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@sangeethaskaruvadu.com, and we will assist you immediately.
